Welcome to Shuvino. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shuvino website, mobile experience and services (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account, placing an order, joining a Group Buy or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Shuvino

Shuvino is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers (“Sellers”). Our signature feature, Group Buy, lets shoppers team up to unlock lower prices together. Shuvino provides the technology platform; the actual sale of products is a contract between you and the relevant Seller.

2. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, misused, or associated with fraudulent or unlawful activity.

3. How Group Buy works

Group Buy is simple: the more people who join a deal, the lower the price becomes for everyone. Here is the process:

• Each Group Buy product has a starting price, a target group size and a time window.
• You join a group by adding the item to your cart and completing checkout. Every member who joins helps unlock the next lower price.
• The price steps down as the group grows and will never fall below the Seller’s minimum, so pricing stays fair for both buyers and Sellers.
• Once the group is full or the timer ends, the group closes and no further members can join.
• The price shown at the time you complete your purchase is the price that applies to your order.

4. Pricing, taxes & payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including UPI, cards, net-banking and your Shuvino Wallet. Payments are processed by third-party payment partners.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices, but in the rare event of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

5. Shuvino Wallet

Your Shuvino Wallet can hold promotional credits, refunds and amounts you add. Wallet balances are not transferable, cannot be withdrawn as cash unless required by law, and may be used only for purchases on the Platform. Promotional credits may carry their own expiry and conditions.

6. Orders, delivery & cancellation

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when the Seller accepts and dispatches your order.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, Seller and product availability.
• You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, our Refund & Return Policy applies.
• We may cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in price or product information.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Sellers on Shuvino

• Sellers are independent businesses responsible for their listings, pricing, inventory, packaging, dispatch and compliance with applicable laws.
• New Seller stores are reviewed before going live. Shuvino may verify, approve, suspend or remove Sellers at its discretion.
• Sellers must not list prohibited, counterfeit or unlawful items, and must honour the prices and offers they publish.

9. Reviews & user content

You may post reviews and other content, provided it is honest, lawful and not offensive, misleading or infringing. By posting content you grant Shuvino a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it on the Platform. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms.

10. Prohibited activities

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; interfere with its operation or security; scrape, copy or reverse-engineer any part of it; impersonate others; manipulate Group Buy participation; or upload malicious code.

11. Intellectual property

The Shuvino name, logo, design, software and content are owned by Shuvino or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shuvino disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Shuvino, its team and partners harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Platform, other users or Sellers.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
